In the heart of St. James, the Saint James Brewery stands for community, and of course, great beer. Rachel, who embarked on this remarkable journey in 2012 with her husband Jamie, resides at the helm of this women-owned brewery.
Saint James Brewery isn't just about crafting exceptional beer; it's about fostering a culture of support and celebration for women, both within the brewing industry and beyond. Through our many initiatives, we aim to give back to the community that has supported us, ensuring that our success is shared with those who need it most.
Rachel is responsible for branding and marketing, while Jamie handles sales and production. Before starting her brewery career, Rachel worked in the fashion industry at kate spade. She earned her MA in Social Work from Columbia University and her BA from Colby College.

Our commitment to the community goes beyond beer. Each year, the lady brewsters brew a special charity beer, with proceeds going to our charity of choice. This year, we are honored to support The Long Island Crisis Center, which provides 24/7, free, high-quality, confidential, and non-judgmental programs and services to support and empower Long Islanders at critical times in their lives.
